Once & Leather is a small independent Swiss workshop. Everything is designed, made, and finished in-house, by hand — no outsourcing, no production line.

All of our products are handcrafted in our at-home workshop in Switzerland. We don't outsource production or use automated manufacturing. Each piece is made start to finish by us.

Yes. While we're based in Switzerland, we regularly ship to the United States and internationally. Shipping options and timelines are shown at checkout.

Yes. We work in small batches and sometimes one piece at a time. This keeps the process slow, personal, and intentional. It also means quantities are limited — but quality always comes first.

We work exclusively with high-quality, full-grain leather. It's strong, durable, and meant to age naturally over time.

You can return any non-personalised item within 14 days of receipt. Beyond the policy, we handle any concern with common sense and fairness.

Keep it away from prolonged moisture and heat, and let it breathe. Once or twice a year, a small amount of neutral leather balm keeps it supple.

A splash of rain is not a problem: wipe it with a soft cloth and let it dry naturally, away from radiators and direct sun. Never force-dry leather.

Some pieces can be personalised with embossed initials on request. Personalised items cannot be returned except for defects.

Every piece is covered by the two-year legal warranty for defects under Swiss law. We can typically repair damaged items — just get in touch.

In-stock pieces leave the workshop within 2–4 business days. Made-to-order pieces ship within the timeframe shown on the product page.
